Whatever it is : Good, Bad, Ugly, Right, Wrong, Past, Present, Future, Charming, Repelling, Discomforting and seemingly comforting... whatever that is .... everything including your body, mind and soul.. simply offer it back to the God. After all it all belongs to Him!
And as you do that (and keep doing that) you should find yourself very very comfortable.
